About the Hillman Entrepreneurs Program The Hillman Entrepreneurs Program is an innovative educational initiative tailored to the needs of transfer students who begin their study at the Prince George's Community College and complete their bachelor's degrees at University of Maryland, College Park. The four-year Hillman Entrepreneurs Program is a scholarship program targeted to students who have an interest in entrepreneurship and an enthusiasm for starting a business venture or leading a company. Hillman Entreprenuers Program and Epps Consulting Epps Consulting has partnered up with the Hillman Entrepreneurs Program for the Fall 2008 semester to help encourage aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. Christine Epps, owner of Epps Consulting, will serve as occasional guest speaker for the program. Speaking on a myriad of topics, Christine hopes to provide sounds advice and concrete examples on how to start and maintaining a company in the new millennium.
