Epps Consulting is a local retail marketing firm, specific for boutiques and other stores in Maryland. We specialize in advertising, marketing, public relations, publications design, and event planning. At Epps Consulting, we have over 5 years experience in the retail advertising markets. We are looking for winter and spring interns who are goal oriented, highly motivated, articulate, eager to learn and have a strong passion for marketing and sales.

The selected individuals will work directly with Christine Epps, owner of Epps Consulting, to learn how to prospect, generate leads, cultivate opportunities, effectively present, foster business and generate revenue. The individual must have a strong desire for new challenges. Retail sales and/or customer service experience is a plus. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a creative environment this is an excellent opportunity for you to develop required skills for a rewarding career in the marketing industry. Qualifications

2+ years working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in Adobe Suite specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash CS3
Have a passion for cold calling and networking
Exceptional written, organizational, and oral communications skills
Knowledge of Dreamweaver and HTML
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and handle tight deadlines
